Kelley Folk joined the Baker team in 2015 as the Accounting Manager. During her tenure, she was promoted to Director of Financial and Asset Management and now oversees the day to day operations of the business. Kelley brings 20 years of experience in the Accounting and Real Estate field.

She is a native of eastern NC and graduated from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting in 2004.

Kelley is married with two children. In her leisure time, she enjoys boating and traveling with her family.
