Bobby Temple has been a real estate developer for 40 years working for his own company, Temple Properties, and for Baker Commercial Properties. Prior to that he was a general contractor for 10 years. There is not much that he has not experienced first-hand, which is a valuable asset for Baker Commercial Properties and its partners. During his career, he has developed real estate worth over $1 billion in capital valuation.

Bobby holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of South Carolina and is active in his churches and rural and historic community of Fort Motte, South Carolina.
