Ryan Maltba is the Director of Development for Baker where he works to enhance the company's portfolio through the redevelopment or disposition of current assets and the pursuit and execution of new projects.

Ryan is a graduate of the University of South Carolina School of Law and the Darla Moore School of Business and holds both a Juris Doctorate, and an International Masters of Business Administration. Before attending graduate school, Ryan served in the Armed Forces as part of Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan and later became an officer in the South Carolina Army National Guard.

Prior to joining the Baker team, Ryan accumulated over 10 years of real estate development experience with Foster Saad & Company and Breakwater, LLC, both real estate development and investment firms based in Columbia, SC.
